This expansive railway station complex, owned by the Directorate General of TCDD, comprises a total of seven listed and eight unlisted buildings, and remains a fully operational site with active train services.
In the capacity of a subcontractor for this large-scale project, the initial phase involved conducting high-precision architectural surveys for all structures, utilizing 3D laser scanning and advanced photogrammetry. These surveys have been officially approved by the relevant Regional Conservation Board.
The subsequent restitution projects were developed based on detailed historical research and comparative studies. These, along with the restoration projects which propose a modern approach respectful of the site's industrial heritage, have been prepared and submitted to the TCDD administration. All required approvals for the project have been secured from the relevant Regional Conservation Board.
