For the village mosque located in Bakacak Village, in the Biga district of Çanakkale, a high-precision architectural survey was conducted utilizing 3D laser scanning and advanced photogrammetry. The subsequent restitution phase was grounded in detailed historical research and comparative studies of analogous rural mosques. The restoration project was then conceptualized with a modern approach that is profoundly respectful of the structure's historical and cultural significance. The full suite of survey, restitution, and restoration projects has since received approval from the relevant Regional Conservation Board.
