In the capacity of a subcontractor for this project, a comprehensive scope of work was undertaken for a railway station complex owned by the Directorate General of TCDD. The site, which comprises a total of eight listed and three unlisted buildings, is in a significant state of disrepair, having been out of service for approximately 20 years.
The initial phase involved the preparation of architectural surveys for all structures, utilizing high-precision 3D laser scanning and advanced photogrammetry, and these have been approved by the relevant Regional Conservation Board. Following this, the restitution and restoration projects were developed and submitted to the Directorate General of TCDD. Subsequently, all necessary approvals for the entire suite of projects have been fully secured from the Regional Conservation Board.
