In the capacity of a subcontractor for this project, a comprehensive scope of work was undertaken for a railway station complex owned by the Directorate General of TCDD, which comprises a total of eight listed and four unlisted buildings.
The initial phase involved the preparation of architectural surveys for all structures, utilizing high-precision 3D laser scanning and advanced photogrammetry. Subsequently, the restitution projects were developed based on detailed historical research, while the restoration projects were conceptualized with a modern approach respectful of the site's industrial heritage.
The complete suite of projects was submitted to the Directorate General of TCDD, and all required approvals for the survey, restitution, and restoration phases have since been secured from the relevant Regional Conservation Board.
