Located in central Afyonkarahisar, the structure features a two-story timber frame construction over a masonry stone ground floor. The building was in a dilapidated state, having been unused for the last several years. The complete architectural survey, restitution, and restoration projects were prepared and subsequently received full approval from the relevant Regional Conservation Board.
