During the implementation phase of a prior restoration, new data emerged, necessitating a halt to the on-site work and a decision to prepare an entirely new set of projects. In this context, a new, high-precision architectural survey was conducted utilizing 3D laser scanning and advanced photogrammetry. The subsequent restitution phase was grounded in a reassessment of the historical data, supplemented by comparative studies. A new restoration project was then conceptualized with a modern approach respectful of the building's newly understood historical and cultural significance. The full suite of these re-evaluated survey, restitution, and restoration projects has since received approval from the relevant Regional Conservation Board.
